I am extremely excited by the new marketing technologies are rapidly driving change in the marketplace and as a result have created new methods in engaging customers with blogs, wikis, videos, serious gaming, virtual worlds, twitter, facebook and social networking.
So excited in fact, that I wrote a book on my own successful experiences in social marketing coupled with over 54 customer case studies.
Who am I? Sandy Carter a Vice President at IBM and avid marketeer!
I am kicking off this blog to share insightful perspectives on next generation of marketing 2.0 techniques that address the complexities of today’s business world and hopefully drive better ROI!
How can I buy the book?
Best of luck with your new blog. Looking forward to reading it.

Hi Sandy
Heather Fox suggested that you and I should do a Twitterview together. It’s a relatively simple process (http://www.twitterviews.net/doing-a-twitterview-what-to-expect/) and could be done at your leisure. If you are up for it please just follow me (http://www.twitter.com/michaelgcohen) on Twitter and send me a direct message. I will then send you the five questions to answer via Twitter direct.
Should you have any questions please do not hesitate to drop me a line.
Thanks,
Michael
I am looking forward to reading your thoughts on Marketing2.0, especially thoughts pertaining to B2B IT marketing. Cheers.
Great book!!!! The use of automated process to achieve innovation is dependent on a new language of business and should have tremendous impact as we struggle to stimulate innovation to get the economy going again. A global economic slowdown has hit. All the old ways of doing business will change as we re-emerge into a new economic growth based innovation in the global economic climate, it will inevitably represent a change with innovation based on opportunity, unity brought by the global economy, not the local economy. As we know all business is local, just as all politics is local, but this is different.
mm.. really like it 🙂
