Happy Monday!
Our coffee break today is on microblogging, one of my favorites things to do! I love the 140 characters in Twitter! But there is so much power to using this tool inside your organization too!
Take a peek!

Sandy, I’ve watched and re-watched your video…and what you are saying about email being used by only 20% of business users does not jive with the Gartner study: “By 2014, social networking services will replace e-mail as the primary vehicle for interpersonal communication for 20 percent of business users”.
Am I missing something or am I confused?
Sandy – great video and really strikes a chord with the way I try to work. The problem is, the corporate culture where I work really hasn’t caught up yet, at least not on a local level. What advice would you give to an employee who wants to be more social inside their organisation, but doesn’t feel they can right now? Should I just try to wait until my organisation catches up? I’d like to be more proactive but I’m not sure of the best way to go about it.
Yes this is a challenge. Do you have rules that you cannot do social on behalf of your company? How about establishing your brand on behalf of the company? I’d be happy to chat if you’d like!
